Amazing, extremely helpful and very kind people!!!!

Amazing service. When I called, Jim spoke with me right then and there and listened to my legal issue. He gave me candid advice, explaining his opinion and why he thought it. Normally it takes a while to get a response from a lawyer, so I was so grateful that Jim was so attentive. I couldn't have asked for more.

While they couldn't take my case because of Tort reform, they spent a lot of time with me explaining things and why and what needs to happen in Texas to reform horrible laws that permit medical malpractice to occur with little fear of penalty or reprisal. Our State Representatives shamefully take lobbyist money without regard to the well being of the citizens they represent, and this is another example of that. Jim strikes me as one if the best attorneys with whom I have ever spoken.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. The care they gave me and my family throughout the duration of my case was exceptional. They truly care about their clients. Additionally, they went above and beyond in the legal strategies. They did a phenomenal job representing me and my interests. Great Customer Service

I read all the great reviews and decided to contact them. I filled out their online form, spent a good amount of time explaining my situation on the form to avoid wasting anyone's time if they couldn't help but I have yet to get a response. Very disappointing.

A dear friend recommended Jim's firm after an accident with an underinsured driver. Up until that point, I had never had to navigate the bureaucratic minefield of the insurance, medical, and legal industries. It was overwhelming and upsetting. However, every single member of the team who worked my case - Nick Peele, Mary, Rene, and Jim himself - with impeccable professionalism, empathy, and diligence, reassured me every step of the way. Transparency and effective communication on their part relieved so many of my anxieties in the aftermath of the accident. I was able to focus on healing, with the reassurance that the logistics and difficulties posed by the other insurance company and the hospital were being effectively and thoroughly addressed. Shoutout especially to Mary - an absolute rockstar who had to deal with my emotionality, confusion, and ceaseless questions for clarification a lot of the time. I appreciate her patience, and the above-and-beyond engagement of the whole team to keep me meaningfully informed at every step of the process. I cannot recommend them enough. Especially if you are entirely inexperienced with handling the personal injury aftermath of an accident, like I was. Jim's team stands apart, and perhaps even stands alone as a beacon of fairness and diligence - a rare thing nowadays, but certainly a testament to the proven integrity, compassion, earnestness, and trustworthiness of the whole firm. Honestly, I hope I never have an accident like that again. Strangely enough though, I feel almost lucky to have this entire situation be my first (and preferably only) foray into the insurance/medical minefield. But if, heaven forbid, I find myself in a similar position (and here in DFW we all know the chaos factor of the underinsured motorist problem all too well) - I would only ever call Jim Zadeh.

Mr. Zadeh is such a nice guy. I went in incredibly nervous for a consultation, and he very quickly helped me ease my nerves and overall was very personable while still remaining professional. Not only did he give me reassurance and clarity pertaining to my own situation, but he also discussed probabilities and likeliness of outcomes, which allowed me to take a breath and feel confident and stress free upon leaving our appointment. 5/5 because I can’t rate any higher.

Jim Zadeh was awesome and the consummate professional. Responded to my case quickly and answered all my questions even though he had to refer me elsewhere. Both him and his assistant, Amanda, were kind, patient, and extremely helpful.
