I worked at a long-term care facility as a Medication Nurse. The Director of Nursing reported me to DADS for a allegation of abuse. I have worked in the medical field for 10+years, and I love it!!! This allegation went through a informal hearing, formal hearing, and to a hearing before the Judge. I fought this unjust allegation with Aaron C. Graham right by my side. Mr. Graham indicated at the very start what he thought the worst case outcome would be with the Board of Nursing and how very long it might take them to act on the case. Probably based upon the arguments made by Mr. Graham on my behalf to the Board , the case was dismissed and expunged from my record. He was also correct regarding how long the board might take to act. I could not be happier with the outcome.
