Hired this firm to represent me on a disability case. I am near retirement. After working almost 40 years, I no longer can. I have limited understanding of the process. I have always worked. They were fast and efficient in the beginning, but practically no communication after. Received the occasional email that no decision has been made. This is understandable as it is not up to them. My complaint is after my denial of initial application. Their complete lack of communication and silence about my options, if any, is frustrating. Hire them if you enjoy being left without correspondence.

McDonald law firm was with me from day one of filling out paperwork for my Social Security application to the very end. We didn’t get as much as I thought we would get which gave them only a very small portion of my settlement not enough money for the amount of work time and years into my case and my issues at hand. And how caring my case worker and my lawyer were from start to finish and they never treated me like I was less than them even tho I was homeless for the most part till I found out I was terminally I’ll when we were arwarded the winnings I didn’t believe it was fare how lil amount they got so I called and tried to give more money which they refused. I would recommend and have to several people McDonald law firm and no other. Thank y’all for not onlying fighting for me but truly caring about me .

I hired them over a yr ago. Lack of communication is awful. There is a girl by the name of Cristell and she is so bad. She doesn’t respond. Lawyers forget we are the ones to hired them. Now to fire this one.

I hired this lawfirm to take care of my disability claim after being denied numerous times myself. Well they messed up and filed the wrong claim with the wrong information on it. Can't be never get someone on the phone other than an automated message. They never return the calls and I and my wife are the ones doing all this paperwork ourselves that the lawfirm was hired to do. So now I ask is this a legit firm do they exist ..IM STARTING TO BELIEVE THEY R NOT WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE.

I hired McDonald Law firm to help me with my disability claim. I needed for this firm to request a hearing with Social Security Administration since my appeal was denied twice. The firm messed up and applied for a new claim. I have been trying several times to contact Case Worker Celine Rodriguez but she NEVER returns my calls and the automated email i get from her states that she is out of the office on April 14, 2019. We are already in July. I have only a couple a weeks for them to request a hearing. This company does not care. Why do they accept to help if they are not going to do their job. I have asked to speak to Mr. McDonald only to be told he is not in the office.
