When I decided to file for disability I was very unsure of where to start. Many had told me that I should expect it to take months and that my first time to expect to be denied. Tracy and Kristi were great! I was approved for disability only a after little over 1 year. I applied April 2021 and got my first denial. McDonald was recommended. The process was smooth but frustrating to me. But after the second denial an appeal was scheduled. I had to move in with my daughter due to finances on July 2022. Once this happened I was awarded disability! I’m eternally grateful for this team!

Although it took two tries, they really came through for me. They worked hard from start to finish and didn't give up on me.
