They did a good job winning my case yes. They were professional and friendly. and I dropped the ball on communication. but they were great overall

Madison and Elizabeth, always courteous, professional, diligent, did a great job in processing a disability application for a friend of mine. They really persevered, and communicated with me regularly during the process. Because of the friend's citizenship status, the disability award that the law firm won is minimal, in accordance with Social Security rules. The so-called back-pay was close to nothing. The firm surely knew that it would earn next to nothing on processing the application, but the employees pursued it anyway -- and they prevailed. The firm could have said, "We don't think we're going to earn much on filing your friend's case, so we're dropping it now." But it did not. It moved forward, won the claim, and took an accounting loss. That speaks volumes.
