Mr. Hernandez did right by our 19 yo son who had gotten himself into a very difficult situation. Navigating the criminal justice system is not easy. I am very grateful that Mr. Hernandez was able to shepherd him through a reduction in his charges and a plea.

Mr. Hernandez was an exceptional attorney!! He worked diligently to get the best possible resolution for my case. 10/10 best attorney I've had, and will definitely recommend to my peers!

I love driving to downtown Fort Worth during rush hour, just to be told after five minutes of conversation that I should've gone somewhere else. I had explained our situation and our questions to the receptionist, so how did it get this far? Waste of everyone's time. 3 stars because at least the attorney we met with for those brief few minutes was kind. Review edited based on response. -I would gladly pay a retainer for "research" or guidance on the matter, including a consult fee. A free consultation is not the draw you think it is. You seem to have missed the entire point of the review and my dissatisfaction. The problem is that I explained the situation to the receptionist upon appointment. If there was any communication in the office, I wouldn't have needed to come in for a matter the lawyer quickly determined was not something they could assist with. I would not have gotten my hopes up at the idea of closure and moving on with our lives. Surely you understand the emotions behind the matters involved with family law cases? The idea being that at some point, someone with any knowledge about family law would've seen my request and cancelled the appointment, determining that I need to seek assistance else where. The Family law firm I used before moving here, had paralegals either as or working closely with the receptionists. They were incredibly knowledgeable and in constant contact with the partners. This firm is a step down in comparison, and I stand by that. Trying to say that I have no right to be upset about how things transpired because I had to reschedule due to illness, is just as unprofessional as you implying that airing my legal details would somehow absolve you of any complaints. After reflection on your words, I definitely reconsidered my star rating. Whoever responded to this review is shameless, and imo, solidified any concerns centered around some of the firm's employees and their professionalism. Ms. Payan-Curry aside, obviously. She's a gem.
