I hired an attorney at Dunham and Jones a little over a year ago. The only time I heard from the law firm was about upcoming bills. I tried to reach out many times and was always sent to what seemed to be a call center and then sent to voicemail. I received an email from an attorney I have never heard of one week before my court date. After making some calls I discovered that the original attorney I hired left the firm months before. No email, no phone call, no contact at all. I then tried to reach out immediately to get a refund and was once again sent to voicemail multiple times. I would never hire this law firm. This is not how you do business.
