I wish I had the same experience as the reviews below me. I chose them to represent my fiancée and was assigned Fred Howie as acting attorney. Trying to get ahold of him was like pulling teeth. I will say, a quick email to Scott Jones (very nice man) got me a response within hours. This was our first time ever needing legal help so of course we had questions, and when we would FINALLY be reached out to it was very condescending. Did they do their job of getting him down from years in jail down to 30 days? Yes. They did. However we ended up signing for something we would not have had we been more informed. Now we need a modification to the probation terms which we reached out to get resolved. We spoke to 5 different people (one of which said they saw nothing of the sort in our notes) and have waited months with no response after being promised a call back. Now we are having to hire a new layer who is not at all familiar with his case to get this done because no one can be bothered to help us. My advice is, if you choose to go with them, do not pay them in full. Surely they’ll be more inclined to help you if you still owe them money.

Helped with all three of my cases get dismissed

William Clark went above and beyond for the intricacies of my case. His follow up is pristine, and his communication has no rival. I hope that circumstances will not allow my need for his services again, but if they do... I know right where to go. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Fred Howye who was my lawyed was a great lawyer he was patient, understanding and was able to get my case dismissed. I recommend him 100% , did what he hade to do and got me the best deal.

So far so good, I'm hiring counsel and they've so far been great about staying in contact and up front about all costs through trial. They've quoted me the best fee and also offer payment plans.

If you DECIDE to use this firm (which you should) ask for Frank Bratcher. He knew what he was talking about. Got my case dismissed & all of my property was returned. Frank was confident that we could get the case dismissed when explaining my situation and how the law works. This lawfirm was definitely the best choice.
