Great lawyers! Abraham Lopez of Dunham and Jones is worthy a looking into!

My one star rating is because of the lack of communication and their shady practice of bullying clients into giving them a five star review. Unfortunately, it was like pulling teeth to get in contact with anyone handling our case when I did have a question. I was given some pretty critical misinformation twice and some vital information was never communicated to me at all. We were handed off to multiple attorneys, and given completely different information by each of them. I am still waiting for a phone call from the law firm that I was supposed to receive two weeks ago. I have given up, I genuinely wish I would have taken my money elsewhere. I was also told that when I paid my fees in full, that everything was taken care of, even if they needed to return to court. When the time came to go back, I was told that they “usually charge for that service, (I had already paid for it) but would waive the fee if I gave them a 5 star google review”… That was my first clue that this is all a scam. Not a good business practice to include something in the price, and then bully their clients into a five star google by telling them to pay up some more or you are dead in the water. So in short, bad communication, lack of consistency, and misinformation is why I will not be using Dunham & Jones again in the future. I hope this helps someone else. The reason they have so many good reviews is because they tell people they will owe them more money if they do not comply. ***UPDATE - a representative from the firm has since reached out to resolve this matter, going so far as to offer to replace my representative with another attorney from the firm. I do appreciate the attempt on their behalf to correct this situation, and will be in communication with them over the next month to try and resolve this matter. ***FINAL UPDATE- When I initially posted this one star review, I was contacted by one of their attorneys, Will, almost immediately. He asked me if they could correct their mistake if I would remove my one star review. I responded with “absolutely!” It’s been four months and I never heard from Will or Kathy again. Please take your money elsewhere if you value open communication and piece of mind.

Where do I begin ! I am so happy with this law firm and glad to had the excellent service working with attorney MATTHEW YAQUINTO he was awesome, nice, patient and very understanding even when He heard my side ! I only went to court once and got my case reduced and after 6 months of no arrest it will be dismissed I am so pleased with the outcome cause I was scared of jail time for sure ! the whole law firm was nice and available 24/7 I def recommend will save number but no more trouble for me lol

I would like to thank Dunham and Jones law offices, we were represented by Matthew Yaquinto, he was very hands on and keep us informed of all our options and what steps to take to have this case dismissed. Dunham & Jones is a very good at what they do they dismissed my case and they were very good with their communication skills when it came to my case I would definitely do business with them again I appreciate everything they did for me.
