I’ve been using Jeff since I was 17 for the times I’ve gotten in trouble with the law. He’s always been in good communication with me through the process and has always been able to get a good outcome from all of my cases. He’s always been very willing to work with me financially and will actually go to bat for you. Not only does he provide good legal service but he’s going to tell you how it is even when trying to get the best legally for you because he would rather you learn a lesson and gain wisdom from him instead of a jail cell. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE THAT ACTUALLY HELPS THEIR CLIENT. My mom went here to seek immigration advice and counsel & she almost lost her chance at a pardon because they weren't doing their job. They act so uninterested even though their being PAID for their services. ROCIO made my parents miss work to go to an apt & still acted offended that they were upset cause she wouldn't see them. They're arrogant & shouldn't be allowed to waste peoples time like they did. My mother thankfully will seek help from a new lawyer- JAIME BARRON. Which is where I recommended them in the 1st place.

Sinceramente estoy muy agradecida con el nunca nos garantizo nada pero nunca anduvo con mentiras, aunque en momentos estaba desesperada que ya queria que saliera mi esposo tuve que ser paciente, el sabe lo que hace y no anda con rodeos, lo recomiendo mucho y si quieren que todo salga bien ser pacientes y ovio pagarle todo el dinero, ellos no son caridad pero saben hacer muy bien su trabajo recomendadicimo!

I was involved in an incident at a previous job where I was assaulted by a co-worker. Upon suddenly being punched in my face, I deemed it necessary to defend myself. Unfortunately for me, the room in which the incident took place was devoid of cameras or witnesses so it was their word against mine. I take it the person must have lied to their attorney and possibly the authorities about what really happened which consequentially drug the case out for more than it should have. The process was long and grueling but I don't blame them. Today's criminal justice system doesn't seem to be as optimal as it should be. In the end my case was dismissed and I will eventually be eligible for an expungement. I'm just relieved to be done with this. My life was entirely derailed by this incident but it could have been worse. Huge thanks to all the attorneys at this law office. I am extremely grateful for your efforts. -Jeremy Perez

DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!He has screwed my friend over didn't show up for court, as a result my friend sat in jail. Told him he didn't have to show up for court but forgot to relay that to the judge. Bounty hunters were looking for him , all Hernandez had to do was make a phone call and /or fax a paper. Took him 2 weeks to do it.
