Ms.Minick was my court appointed attorney and she was amazing at helping me through my case. Since it was my first time ever being in court or having to go through all that she helped me make decisions and guide me through the process. She got my case dismissed. This was the best experience I’ve had given the circumstances I was in. I couldn’t have asked for better.

I had a possession - cont sub <1g, had served 2 years of my probation as well as completed all fees, classes and appointed programs. Unfortunately I relapsed after my mother passed, and had 2 dirty UAs. They revoked my probation and wanted to send me to State Jail. I found her in Avvo and read her credentials and reviews and just had a feeling she would be the one that could help me. She was able to get me time served for everything I had completed, my case closed and walk away free. I'm clean now and so thankful she gave me a chance to stay free and provide for my family in the most desperate times.

In April of 2016 I was arrested for a crime that I probably if convicted died in prison. After interviewing several lawyer. In the end I made the right choice. from the first day she created a plan. 13 months later it went to the grand jury. NO BILLED! Kim knew exactly what she was doing. Her team had the experience that you will need when dealing with criminal justice system. i highly recommend her.

She's very understanding , and helpful she's not like any other lawyer she ACTUALLY CARES. And she gives you the best options for your case and what she can do. But DO NOT take her kindness as a weakness she's there to help you , but its up to you to do what she told you to do.

She was my court appointed lawyer. It was my 3rd repeated offense for possession of controlled substance under a gram which is a state felony, and I was stressing they were enhancing it and I was going away for a few years. I was shocked when she came up to me and said I had two options 5 years deferred adjudication probation and I said no just lock me up let me do my time because I know I can't behave for 5 years. Then she said the other option was 1244A which was a 90 day turn around in Tarrant county jail with no kind of probation or anything else but would result in having a felony conviction. So I took the 1244A because county time is 2 for 1 unless u make trusty then it's 3 for 1. I was out in 40 days because I was trusty for a week. I highly recommend her as a lawyer she will get you the very best she can and you will be happy with the results. Thanks Kim.

Kim was a God sent! I got arrested on a Sunday night and got out on Monday evening. I took Tuesday to research lawyers and hired her on Wednesday. By FRIDAY she had my charges dropped and I didn't have to go to trial. (felony and misdemeanor) Just talking with her on the phone I knew I had picked the right lawyer. She managed to calm all my anxieties and worries about the situation that I had due to the fact I had never been arrested nor has anyone in my family. She is so knowledgable and with her past experience as a DA, she is unbeatable!! Worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone. I was in the same car as a person with drugs and was arrested for possession. She knows the law and is direct/to the point but very pleasant about it, She is also well liked by the people in the court house including other attorneys when i mentioned her name.. Kim was a court appointed attorney I received and I couldn't be more happy about that, she helped me with my case with ease and I was out and about the next day but that's not it she went above and beyond, when I told her I lost my job from being in she offered to call my boss and explain my situation, got my job back the next day! This woman is a blessing it's rare to find people who actually care. Fully recommend her.
