Calling Colin McLaughlin to be my lawyer was the best decision I made. I faced a potential felony charge and was completely lost in what could happen. Mr. McLaughlin took care of the whole case and kept me informed and updated on all the information. He is really professional, but also easygoing with his clients. Dustin Trammel represented me in 2020 on a 3rd DWI Felony, I was told by multiple attorneys I was for sure doing jail time and no less than a 10 year probation. Dustin was able to get me 7 years probation with 0 Jail time, whilst keeping me in the loop and never making me feel like a nuisance for any questions I had throughout the process. It’s 2024 now I had a hiccup on probation with 2 new felony charges and a violation for allegedly drinking.. I immediately reached out to Dustin again and he was able to Get me a bond on an MTR warrant and had me in and out of custody withing 12 hours when I turned myself in. Then we faught the cases and he got 1 felony dismissed the other dropped to a misdemeanor, My probation was reinstated and I had to take a few classes for the violations, I also recieved the minimum deferred probation ran concurrent, for my new misdemeanor charge and it’s almost as if nothing ever happened! I CANNOT THANK HIM AND BRITNEY (in the office) Enough for their Honesty, Compassion, Transparency and Amazing work in & out of the courtroom! I will never trust anyone with my freedom as long as Dustin trammel is practicing law. Thank you Hoeller McLaughlin !
