Probate - Everything up until now has gone well. I am going to have to hire another attorney to change the name on house deed that got really messed up. The attorney was able to correct the issue with the name on the deed - which I truly appreciate.

I called this Law Firm to ask a question and Barbi gave me some very good pointers on what to say. Like MAGIC when I called the very rude person at the facility back where my brother stays. I called for a consultation about a mediated agreement and He gave great information and was very apologetic about my situation, although he had nothing to do with it. Bob and Sydney Leonard worked tirelessly to protect the rights of my grown 25 year old autistic son. Legal guardianship was obtained by his father during my father’s illness and subsequent death. My son was then treated not as a ward but as a pawn/ prisoner and slowly lost all of his rights and privileges. He became a puppet in his father’s game. Guardianship is unique in the court system. Bob and Sydney were able to walk me through the painful process of gaining my rights to my precious son.
