My daughter was indicted for a felony. Likely would not have gotten that far if I’d called Lesa before the police interview. Lesa got case no billed. She worked with us through a very stressful process and explained her strategy. We put our complete faith in her and she came through for us. Highly recommend her as a skilled attorney.

I highly recommend Lesa Pamplin to represent you in a criminal case . She was very responsive and knowledgeable about how to proceed with my sons case . A few years ago he went to court did his time but was sent back to county for an old case that should have been taken care of back then . With her expertise in the criminal case, was able to get it dismissed.

Lesa is best Lawyer today I have came across. first catching my case I was paying for a lawyer that didn’t do nothing for me and was just taking my money while I’m sitting in jail. & I found Lesa less within 48 Hrs of being paid she was at the court and got my Bond dropped from $175K to $30K and got me out of jail. Got out on a Ankle Monitor and she got me removed off of that early so I could work. My brother was arrested for a crime that he did not commit based upon his prior criminal history and guilt by association. The police allowed the actual culprits drive away, while they detained my brother and put him in jail. He retained the services of an attorney (not Lesa initially) to represent him and help prove his innocence, but after 6 months (and more than a dozen attempts on my part to connect with him regarding my brother's case, evidence, his defense strategy)...I concluded that he'd made no effort to do so. He was too busy and encouraging us to take the "path of least resistance". In fact, he encouraged my brother (and my family) to take anything less than a 5-year sentence offered by the DA. He told us that taking his case to trial would result in a minimum 25-year sentence if my brother was found guilty. Adamant that he was innocent, my brother (while scared) did not want to go to prison for something he did not do. So, he was ready to risk going to trial. I could not allow him to go to trial with an attorney who did not appear to have time to take any action on his behalf. While he said he believed my brother was innocent of the crime, he made little-to-no attempt to obtain the evidence, polygraph, eye-witness testimony we requested. After months of non-responsiveness...and out of total desperation, I reached out to Lesa's office for a free consultation - in hopes that she could help us prove his innocence. After 6 months on probation, calling in daily, reporting for random UAs on a weekly basis and spending 2+ months sitting in jail (for a crime he did not commit)... Lesa and her staff acted with great urgency and action to help us help him! Within 2 days, he was out of jail. While monitored during this time, she was able to help get his restrictions reduced (to an 8 p.m. curfew). She was able to get access to video footage and other evidence and connect us with a highly reputable polygrapher to help build his defense. Within 2 weeks of bonding him out, she was able to take all of the evidence and the results of his polygraph to the DA and ultimately had the entire case against him thrown out. My family is so grateful to her and her legal team for preventing a flawed system from stealing the next 5+ years of his life. I will never be able to express how eternally grateful we are to Lesa for helping us get "real justice" for my brother!

Our son had three aggravated robbery with deadly weapons.The state was offering 40 years to a person who haven't never been in trouble in his life.After months of negotiating the state gave their final offer of 25 years which would've made my son do 12 years just to come up parole.We said NO,Lesa Pamplin went to work.She was not afraid of the state,she fought as if our son was hers.Lesa Pamplin is the lady version of Perry Mason. A very knowledgable and skilled attorney!! My son was looking at 2 Felonies and 2 Misdemeanors at the age of 17... Mistakes he made that he couldn't undo...Lesa fought hard for my son. She explained every step and made sure that we were comfortable with the process. Very honest and straight forward...she let my son know that he had to get his act together and stop the nonsense. When I called her office I never got the run around or an answering machine.
