First off I would just like to thank them for everything they did for me. With that being said I would DEFINITELY recommend this law firm. They were so caring and considerate with the hard times were all experiencing & through all that, they still managed to make me feel comfortable and not have to stress so much about my case. At the end of the day they resolved it for me and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Javier Balderrama and his office have exceeded my expectations! Javier and luane went above and beyond my expectations of what i thought would be the outcome. Instead of prison he got me probation deferred, not 10 years either! Im very thankful for him and his staff. My prayers were answered! Did i mention it was court appointed. Which means he does not get paid. Name one lawyer in this county that does their best whether or not he has been retained or not. Thanks to Alband law firm! You have my business always.

When a relative of mine was falsely accused and the stakes were very high, I consulted several people and Navid Albands name kept coming up; honest, efficient, effective, sharp, etc. He was all that and more. He treated us professionally and courteously. What others told us would take three to six months was resolved favorably in a week. I cannot guarantee legal results because no one can. First I want to say that Navid Alband is not what you expect a lawyer to be. He is kind, intelligent, patient and caring. There aren't enough words to explain what an extraordinary man he is. His assistant, Luann is as awesome, patient and kind as he is. He will listen to you and does all he can to understand the case My daughter was protecting herself from a domestic violence act. The act ended badly and she was arrested. This occured in a county close to Ft. Worth. The county sheriff investigator decided she was guilty as soon as he was on the scene. While she was in jail, her father had an encounter with a TV news reporter from Ft. Worth. She was not requesting an interview.She referred him to Navid Alband. I believe God was involved in that meeting. Navid is an excellent lawyer with extensive understanding of the law. After my daughter got out of jail, Navid and a professional forensics person came to her house and did a thorough investigation of the crime scene. My daughter requested to be able to view and read and review all the records. Navid allowed my daughter and I to go to his office over several days. She found a lot of conflicting evidence admitted by the county. We then had a meeting with Navid to discuss her findings. He met with the DA and the ADA many times to get this case taken care of. Five months later the case was dismissed. Praise God. If you are in need of an attorney who handles criminal cases, you can't do better than Navid Alband.

We were referred to Navid from a retired & respected lawyer, so before we ever met Navid, we knew we were in good hands...and Navid & Luann held up to our expectations. We expected a lot b/c my husband was falsely accused of felony theft and we didn't want to take any deals offered. Navid went to bat for us the whole time and we were ready to go to trail, but the case was finally dropped. Navid believed in us and always had our best interest in mind. Luann was always great to work with and always was available to talk to or would call you back in a very timely manner. These guys are the best! They are very honest and believe in doing whats right. Recently, I made a huge mistake, driving after having too many drinks. I was pulled over, handcuffed, arrested & detained in what seemed like the longest night of my life.
