I hired Jason Back in December 2023 and he seemed great till months went on with no information in where we where in the case. He will not speak to you he has his non legal assistant just push you off and promise to get you information. I fired Mr. NAG Mar 8th and here we are today APR 22 and he still has not sent the remainder of my retainer back with any statements. Also I figured he was avoiding my phone calls so today I called and got hung up on then called back and it was sent to voice mail. So I borrowed a buddies phone and the assistant Picked up in 2 rings. He was quite shocked but they still wont give me an answer.

I hired Jayson to handle my divorce which although quite simple has turned out to be quite complicated. The long/short or it is that my husband abandoned our marriage after 4 months. He filed for divorce 2 weeks after that. In the state of Texas, you get spousal support for one month for each “year” that you are married, typically. Jayson was able to, due to his professionalism and diligence, get me spousal support after only 4 months of marriage. This is just one example of what he was able to accomplish for me. I am very satisfied with Jayson’s knowledge, compassion and professionalism throughout this extremely difficult process. During the hearings, he far out shined the opposing counsel. He was organized, concise, not to mention dressed for the part( the opposing was quite unprofessional on all counts). Jayson had all needed documentations and exhibits ready to present to the court. He truly went to battle for me. Although the marriage was short, technically perhaps I was due nothing even though I was abandoned, Jayson orchestrated a well executed victory on my behalf. His patience with me during this time and his eloquence...I will never be able to thank him enough. I love it that although he is very busy and sought after because of his reputation of getting the job done, Jayson made himself available to communicate with me. I didn’t have to always communicate with his staff or assistant. He truly cares about his clients and for that I will be forever grateful. If you are reading attorney’s reviews the way I did in a desperate search for the right person to represent you...take it from me, look no further, Jayson Nag is your answer.

I've had my share of legal problems but Jason Nag and his firm was by far the most helpful and dependable yet. Mr. Nag never missed a court date, his office was very helpful and professional, and he got my case dismissed like he said he would.

This law firm is fantastic! I used them for a nasty divorce and it went very well. They communicate even better than I thought they would. Their fees were not ridiculous either, which was great!

Paid 5k to him, I informed his office my children were in an abusive home, being mentally and emotionally abused, I asked if I should call cps his office told me not to, he told me he would take payments, he told me he would get us out of a toxic visitation for our children, he stated we would not need to pay child support but if we did, it would be for a short time, all which were untrue, he never communicated with us, only his paralegal did, he stirred so much up with the foster family and then wanted to withdraw himself leaving us in a way worse situation than we started with, out of the 2 years I had him as my lawyer I only saw him maybe 4 times, he stated we would have court within 6 months 1 and a half years go by and he never set a court date even when we mentioned abuse to our children, he still did not set a date, opposing counsel set all of the court dates, he promised a lot of things and didn't do a single thing he promised, besides leaving us with no other choice but to sign our children away! Do not go with jayson nag, he is only out for money! Not your interests!

Jayson Nag, Steven Ditommaso and Sara Burk are the best legal team to have hands down. Your case doesn't hing on one person but a team of people that know what they are doing. Jayson and Steven have both represented me well in court and done everything I've asked of them. The AG has made a mess that this legal team has cleaned up while working with my budget! They take care of the children in all cases.

Jayson and his staff were extremely helpful with helping me navigate a difficult professional separation. I cannot recommend Jayson highly enough.

Horrible experience with this lawyer. I highly recommend anyone needing a custody/child support attorney do not choose Jayson Nag. I paid full amount for all services. We went to court then the judge ordered mediation. Our mediation was August 2nd. I still have not received any child support from my son's dad.I have called and sent numerous emails to Jayson. Jayson did not complete child support order correctly and failed to order back child support. He rufuses to call me back. When I send an email to him, he either never responds or he gets his paralegal to send an email back. This lawyer has caused terrible financial burden and stress.

Jayson took on my case to terminate parental rights. Everyone on his team is very compassionate. Jayson is well versed in his law practice. It seemed like my case was thrown every curve ball and we did not strike out!! He fought valiantly for us, and brought us to an amazing victory!! I strongly recommend this phenomenal team!

Jayson helped me with my speeding ticket. He somehow managed to reduce the amount. He is very professional and took care of all paperwork. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future for other legal issues.
