Thank you Berenson Law! I am quite pleased with the outcome of my case. I was not in any kind of shape, mentally/physically/or emotionally, to deal with the amount and type of resistance and pressure that the 'at fault' party's insurance company was applying. I was almost imediately confirmed to not be at fault in the accident and it was confirmed in the police report. Having not ever been in such a severe accident I was not prepared for the type and amount of work, money and time it would take for me to continue on with my life.
