Almost one year ago I was in a serious accident that involved many vehicles and a semi truck. This was the first time I have been in an accident that involved injuries and an ambulance. Honestly, at first I thought I would take care of all the insurance claims on my own but after a week or so I quickly realized that professionals needed to be involved.
