Mr Berenson and his incredible amazing team of experts were so in sync with each other as well as with myself about my case. I was kept well informed the entire time that the case was open. Consistently a staff member reaching out to me making sure that I'm feeling well making sure that I don't have any questions that may need to be answered. Corresponding in between tasks and keeping me "in the know" as to what is happening every step of the way. I was even able to meet with Attorney Bill Berenson at the bank so that he could help me cash my check. He just showed me so much empathy and concern for my well being. Treated like family. I found Mr. Berenson after wasting time with a big name law firm that treated me as a number. I wasted almost a year trying to get a demand for payment letter to the insurance company of the person that crashed into me but this other big law firm still was working on getting all my medical bills. It took Mr. Berenson just a few months to get a result and send me the final settlement with all my bills covered. They worked hard to get me a settlement I am very happy with!! Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, They we’re all so quickto respond to any and all questions I had while also constantly keeping me up to date on the status of my case.
