Everyone is this office is unprofessional

I thought the bad reviews were a lie until dealing with this myself as well. My family has paid over $12,000 that I'm paying them back for by working overtime, full time, sick, etc. They have filed nothing on my behalf to get my daughter back and they want more money which would make it over $15,000 of nothing done. They said they could file for unsupervised visits for me, they said they could reschedule my hearing to present my evidence a month ago, they said they could get my daughter and would fight for me, but I was not made aware of 2 court cases, I was snapped at by my attorney when trying to get ahold of her unaware she was in court, and now this is the 3rd time they filed a withdrawal on my case in less than 6 months and the judge signed it this time. Oh and it's perfect timing too because I was going to pretrial hearing next month and they want to bail for "lack of communication" I contacted my lawyer got snapped, contacted my lawyer again no response for 5 days, contacted my lawyer again finally got a response to pay $112.50 for a 15 minute phone call with her which wouldn't be added to my bill but the link wasn't working so I couldn't pay just to talk to her and ask why nothing has been done, why all these could filings have not been put through, and why she won't listen to me when I ask where we are on all of this. It's fine if they withdraw because I'm currently looking to sue for legal malpractice because they drained our money and did not do the job they were paid to do. Stay far away unless you're either rich or you like being gaslighted about what they could do verses what they will actually do. It's all about money not you as much as they say it is.

All they do is try and get money from you and do not communicate with you. It’s been such a stressful experience when I am already dealing with a lot that made me look for a lawyer in the first place. If you want a place to actually treat you like a human and not just a pay day I would look else where.
