I couldn’t say enough good things about Kyle Whitaker and his team if I tried! They went above and beyond. I really felt like the attorneys cared about my case and helping me understand my rights. To top it off they were aggressive in court.

Dena Wilson is literally an angel. If you have the unfortunate experience of finding yourself a target of CPS, do not make the mistake of thinking it is a game and do not put yourself through the horrible sleepless nights of worry. The first and only step in bringing an immediate resolution to this unbelievably complex experience is calling Kyle's office and setting an appointment with Dena. Mr Whitaker runs a very tight ship and is kind to everyone i have seen walking in the building. He had no idea who i was and took the time to say hello and ask how i was doing. Nicole is extremely hard working and gets back to you no matter how busy she is. Very impressive experience.

You can’t go wrong with hiring Kyle, he fights for me and my rights as a father. He takes things to a new level, I’ve never seen an attorney fight the way he does. He has given me the ability to believe in my case and I know that he fights for me in the court room when I can’t make it sometimes. Kyle is one of the best attorneys we’ve ever met! He is straight forward and doesn’t give you the run around. My husband hired Kyle through a refererence of a friend of ours and he is so glad he did. Kyle speaks to my husband in great detail the steps of what to expect. He takes his time and never promises anything but he goes into the court room and truly fights for you! He took my money and didn’t even show up at court . He’s a scam artist . I’d hire another attorney if I were you .

Phenomenal people at this firm. To start they answered the phone every time I called, which due to my anxiety with the case and always preparing for the worst it was a lot. They answered my questions and were always so helpful and polite when doing so. But then you get to Kyle and I'm telling you this guy walks with confidence, such a smooth swagger about him, the case was pretty much over before it started. I got everything I wanted plus a few perks I wasn't expecting. If you want a winner who knows he's going to win give this guy a call. They are great people and great at what they do.

I hired Drew for a divorce / legal case, and has been one of the best decisions I've ever made! When working with Drew, you don't feel like a statistic, you feel like a friend. After what appeared to be the longest year of my life, Drew was able to reach a settlement in my divorce case I thought would never be able to get.
