I could not have been more pleased with the way that I was represented from Jason Stephens. I felt as if he truly took the time to know my family and I on a more personal level to know what we had been through and what we were going through. The case felt long and drawn out but he was always on top of things and ready to move forward as soon as possible, but doing so in a very professional manor. I could not have been more pleased with picking such a great attorney to be represented by. Thank you for all you all have done!

I was represented by Jason Stephens on my personal injury case. From the moment we walked into his law firm we knew Jason was the lawyer for this case. He was honest, professional and treated us with respect. Once he got a statement from me, he traveled to the accident site in Nocona to obtain evidence. His assistant Tracy Heffner was there anytime we needed information about the case and kept us updated as the case was being settled. If you want a honest and caring Lawyer I would highly recommend Jason Stephens. He truly went to work on our case and I honestly feel without the help of Jason & Tracy we would not of received the settlement that I deserved. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

You take a horrible situation, like a car wreck, add in a significant injury that requires surgery to repair, compound that with months of pain and sprinkle it with insurance companies that want nothing more than to ensure that they are paying as little as possible, if anything, for their insured's mistake. It makes for a really bad day. John is straightforward, honest, direct and up front about the realities and challenges of the filing a suit. He worked diligently to ensure that I was not only protected but that I was being treated fairly by the insurance company. He was able to, with limited expenditure of time and effort on my part and next to no drama, take a bad situation and make it significantly better. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome and could not recommend another attorney more highly.

Jason Stephens 5 star rating was not given, but earned. All attorneys have knowledge of the law, but he takes it to a completely different level and I'll tell you why. Thoroughness,attention to the smallest details, professionalism,understanding, compassion, he's a pitbull negotiator and much more. I can't say enough about his or Tracy's skills in dealing with complex issues. After a traumatic long term injury he changed me from a life of poverty to a very comfortable retirement. Not many attorneys would have went the extra mile, but he did and for that I am forever grateful. So if your lawyer shopping like I had to do your first and biggest mistake would be to pass up Jason. He's the man for the job.
