I would like to take a minute to speak of Monroe Solomon, his knowledge or the law, professionalism, and his caring spirit. I had been experiencing harassment for some time and was fearful that verbal threats against me would come true. I sought help by filing for protective orders and filing police reports, but due to legality of jurisdiction or not enough evidence, I was never able to get the protection I needed. You can imagine my surprise when after being attacked by my harasser, I was also given a citation for disorderly conduct. Although the evidence stacked up to show my plead for help in the matter, long before it had escalated, the city had no understanding. Therefore, we took it to trial. Monroe was not only prepared for trial (which is something I would expect but have come to realize that you don't always get what you pay for), but he was genuinely concerned for me, which meant just as much as the preparation. It was an emotional time in my life, and I'm glad to say that we WON that trial and the citation in pending expunction. Now, I am able to re-apply for my Protective Order. I would highly recommend Monroe to anyone looking for a hard working, honest, knowledgeable attorney who doesn't pack punches in the court room. Thank you, Monroe.
Regards,

I was on a vacation and I was stuck outside the United states on Immigration issues. I had 2 criminal charges pressed on me in the past and the US consulate needed documents regarding those charges. This is a very tricky thing because the charges that were pressed on me were never filed in the court, so it is almost impossible to get any kind of case disposition documents. I had initially hired an another attorney, who just took my money and could not deliver anything that satisfied the United States Consulate. Because of this I was stuck outside the country for more than 4 months. I tried calling that attorney's office many times but there was no response and his office started avoiding me saying that they could not do anything more than what they have already done. I started loosing hopes of getting back to the states again and was in a state of depression.
And then this miracle happens, I came across Mr. Solomon on 'Avvo.com' and I contacted his office. Man, I can't tell you enough about him. He is such a great attorney, he jumped right on to my case. He is aware of the criminal side of my case and he wanted more details about the immigration stuff that I was going through. He took that extra mile and contacted the immigration lawyer of the company that I work for and got all the details that he needed to start working on my case and he did all this before I even made a payment to him ( can you believe that? who does that?). He worked on my case thoroughly and acquired all the documents and he himself went under the oath and wrote a letter to the US consulate supporting my case. He did all this in just under 48 hours and then, I submitted all those documents to the United States consulate and in the next 72 hours I got an email from the consulate saying that my Visa has been issued and no one could stop me anywhere from entering the United states again. If not for him, I would have never been able to enter this great country again. He gave me an another life. He did this in just 2 days what an another attorney could not do in 4 months. I don't think I have to say anymore about him, my case speaks for itself. Society needs attorney's like him. Hope he will have a wonderful career and great life ahead. Thanks to him once again.

My son had a previous attorney who did nothing but take $. He got himself in another HUGE jam. Multiple felonies. Warrant. Absconding. Breaking probation. I came across Mr Solomon's blog and contacted him. We met with him right away. He got ahead of the situation and worked hard. My son was able to spend the holidays with us. There were quite a few options to try, but Me Solomon honestly wanted the best thing for my son. He got him into a program that will give him true "freedom." My son has made many positive changes and even said that he was so glad he took this route. He said so many people in jail were repeat offenders and he really wanted to make a change. If he continues to work hard and be successful, this will all be wiped from his record. Even the prosecuter told my son that Mr Solomon worked really hard for him. And she is one tough cookie! With God and Mr Solomon's help and direction my son is living a successful life. The quick and easy route is not always the best route. Ask Mr Solomon to help you make the best choice so you can live a successful life. It's hard, but you can do it. Let Mr Solomon help get you started!

Mr. Solomon was the attorney I hired for my son. He was very professional, courteous, and a man of his word. He was very thorough with explaining processes, the law, consequences of choices, and our rights. He took extra steps in following up and checking on my son. He was a great attorney during a time when we were unsure as to what would happen and he genuinly cares.

My case began in Feb 2015. I was investigated for Food Stamp fraud over $3000 which in the state of Texas is a state jail felony. We hired Monroe Solomon and Greg Westfall as attorneys on the case. My case was very clear cut, with not a lot of investigation needed, however we had an issue with financial licenses that needed to be preserved or would be needed by me in the future. Obviously I could not have this on my record. The prosecutor originally offered me 2 years deferred and a life time ban on benefits with full restitution and a $500 fine. We did not accept this due to the licenses, and Monroe reworked a deal with the Prosecutor. Monroe was able to get the Prosecutor to agree to a class c misdemeanor, with 6 months of probation, full restitution, a $500 fine, 40 hours of community service a TIPS class and 12 month ban of all state benefits, (food stamps, Medicaid, housing, ect.) At this time, my husband and I were trying to discharge a Chpt 13 bankruptcy and could not sign the paperwork until I pled the case down to a class C. The issue that came up, was that the Bankruptcy attorney needed the paperwork in a 2 week time frame. Due to the quick nature of everything going on, I was able to complete my CS in 1 week and Monroe was able to get my case on a special docket by the following Friday so that I could pled everything down. He worked very hard for me and we were able to get everything that I needed in order to be able to continue in my line of work. We will be filing for an expungment of my record in 6 months and all of this will be behind me. However, none of this would have been possible without Monroe and his extraordinary work on my case.
