This firm is by far one of the best firms I have ever come in contact with. John Cummings handled our case superbly. He explained from beginning to end, each possible scenario that we may have encountered. If we had any questions, we could always count on receiving the information needed, in an expedient manner. His legal assistant Stacy Alvarez is the sweetest. She is very professional and has the absolute best business acumen. After a very long road, we were able to reach an very satisfying conclusion. Where do I start.....I cannot lie I truly had reservations in the beginning of my legal process, I got Mr. Nickols as a attorney after the attorney I hired before him failed me miserably. In reality I did have a uphill battle because my past encounters with the judicial system. I do not know how Mr. Nickols did it, he pulled a miracle out in the final outcome, and I am extremely grateful and indebted to his practice.
