Randy Turner gives lawyers a good name!! He is the “go to” attorney in animal rescue and is legendary in that field!! My housing discrimination case had been filed in 2015. It all started when the Condo I was renting started harassing me on the weight limit of my service animal ( Large Dog ). After complying with the HOA which included disclosure of my disability and medical records. Which by the way is against the law. They still weren't satisfied. Months of harassing and threats of eviction and 100 day charges ever day my service animal was on the property , I finally gave up and moved after 6 months of hell. I figured I would be okay considering the City of Dallas was on my side. This case was moving slow 2 and half years went by. That's when I stumbled upon a case similar too mine. Randall E. Mr. Turner represented me during the most difficult time of my life; a wrongful death lawsuit involving my son, the love of my life. Randy represented me in a case under The Texas Fair Housing Act. The case was settled out of court and I was very happy with the final arrangments.
