Very pleased with Thomas Walters firm, and very pleased with the attorney Ms Judd assigned to us. After considerable research, and various webinars, and multiple seminars, I became convinced the development of an estate plan should be done by a law firm specializing in estate planning. There were a few elements that led us to select Thomas Walters; 1) the understandable information provided in the book they offer “Estate Planning in Texas”, 2) the prepaid lifetime attorney services available to us and to our administrators and trustees, 3) their focus on estate planning, 4) the estate planning notebook they provide which consolidates all the documentation regarding our estate and our wishes, 5) the professionalism and knowledge of the attorneys and staff, 6) the ongoing communication and education provided by routine email contact, and 7) the comfort that our children will have professional guidance at no additional cost to them when the time comes for them to administer the affairs of our estate due to either death or decline.

Their estate planning process was excellent and efficient. The entire staff was great. My wife and I were involved each step of the process and could not be more pleased.
