Most excellent service. Very professional

Great little law office in Southlake. With support from larger main office. We were able to get a home visit for my elderly mother. I could not be happier with the service I received.

They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They made the whole experience very easy and informative.

A Job Well Done My husband and I met Katie Menchaca at an informational dinner on estate planning. We were impressed with her experiences and her ability to simplify and explain the complexities of the types of legal trusts. We immediately signed up and were quickly interviewed and the final trust documents were prepared in a very timely manner. The ongoing ability to make changes to the trust are included in the package price and will, no doubt, be needed in the future as our needs change.

We asked Thomas-Walters to assist us in planning for the long-term care of our son with special needs, and the team at the firm were extremely helpful, compassionate, and knowledgeable in getting our family set up with the types of trusts that will ensure our goals are met. They answered all of our questions and provided assurance that they will continue to walk alongside our family as we transition through the various phases of life. So happy we attended the dine-and-learn event with them, as it proved to be one of best decisions we have made for our family. My husband and I were hesitant to spend money updating our Trust which had been done by another law firm years ago. I am so glad we made the investment. Our attorneys, Katie Manchaca and Will Mahaffy did a thorough job setting up the Trust and patiently explained the legalese so that we would have a clear understanding of the documents. Also, they showed us exactly how to set up our beneficiaries for all of our accounts. Little did we know that we had mistakenly set up the original Trust in such a way that our heirs would have incurred unnecessary additional taxation on our assets.
