This man is about money and not your solution. Do yourself a favor and find someone with an office, the ability to socially speak to people and not use venmo for a payment option.

I hired Mr. Boothe to prepare my will for myself and my husband. I spoke with him over the phone and he seemed knowledgeable and professional. I paid him via Venmo. The draft of the Will came in with numerous spelling and grammar errors. He would never respond to emails texts or phone calls. He never corrected the errors or responded. Very disappointed. Finally had to hire another lawyer.

This guy will take your money and not do any work. He is a crook people. He’s all talk and no action. Please do not give this crook a dime. Just do a google search of all his disciplinary cases against his license and you’ll see that this guy is Sus!!!!!

I hired Ben to help my with a custody case. It was a walk in the park for this case because my ex wife did not even show up... So I won everything including child support. He said he would wrap things up. We shook hand and off I went... But he never filed anything with the attorney general. I then call him back and he says... "The attorney general must have dropped the ball"... Send me $500 and I'll take care of it. I told him no. He needs to finish his job... Never did and never heard from him again... He is a pile of junk. I could keep going... Dont use him people. He has no office. He always wants to meet somewhere else. He probably lives in his mom's basement

We have used a large law firm in Fort Worth for years, but at $550 per hour they charged high fees, but we thought they were the best. We hired Ben B. Boothe Jr. for a legal matter and found him very knowledgable, as well as motivated to go the extra mile in research and performance. Plus his fee structure was fair and reasonable. So I recommend him highly, he has now won several cases for us and we consider him a "hidden diamond" in the legal community. We also learned that he has done several cases for deserving people pro bono, as a way of helping people out. That is not a typical lawyer these days. Ben is a graduate of Bayor Law School and had good grades. The legal work he has done for me has been exceptional. He was disciplined when a secretary turned off the phone system in error and Ben missed a court appearance due to lack of communication. The State later reinstated him and he is in good stead. I recommend him. I use several law firms and Ben Boothe has been as good or better than attorneys far more "expensive".
