Our first phone call to immigration attorney Natalia Lopez in July led to Rafael and I beginning our journey. We called others, who seemed to just want the business and called, texted, and emailed ad nauseum to the point that it turned us off. Ms. Lopez was our first call, and the only attorney that stayed on the line, answered all of my questions, was the most informative and positive sounding, and personable. She told us exactly what to do before hiring any attorney. That was key for us in our deciding to solicit Ms. Lopez' legal services. We had some things to accomplish. The other two we contacted wanted us to sign up immediately. That was back in July. After dating for 2 years, we married on his birthday in October and hired Ms. Lopez soon thereafter. We followed the checklist provided, gathered the documents required, and submitted them in early January. On March 13, we received a call that his social security and temporary work permit card arrived! In record time! The next week, we got him a Texas driver's license! We very much appreciate Ms. Lopez, and especially the amazing Gloria and the entire wonderful staff at the Law Offices of Natalia Lopez for their diligent work and professionalism in keeping us informed all the way with emails, texts, and phone calls and were available each and every time we called or emailed with a question.
