Patterson Law Group made working with attorneys so easy , and honestly it was such a pleasant experience. They always called and checked in on me. Tina and Courtney were always willing to help and answer questions! They made sure that I got the medical treatment I needed. I was always able to reach out to someone if I needed anything or had any questions. They are very fair and honest. I give a 5 star rating and recommend to any and everyone needing a personal injury attorney.

I was hit by a car while cycling and suffered numerous serious injuries. After leaving the hospital I had no idea where to turn - I was still in dire need of more medical help, in incredible pain all the time, and couldn't work. The team at Patterson that handled my case (Tina, Courtney, Tennessee, Erin, Rachel and many more) helped me get the extensive medical treatment I needed over the course of about 18 months. They are all top notch professionals and some of the nicest and kindest people you will ever meet. My case settled and we were were extremely happy with the outcome. They did an incredible job of helping me return to a normal life with my family and get back to work. I hope you never need a personal injury attorney (I never thought I would), but if you find yourself in need of help someday I wouldn't call anyone but the Patterson Law Group.

Someone hit me head on in my lane, totaled my car and put me in the hospital. Police report showed that the driver was 100% in my lane when he hit me. His insurance refused to pay for the damages. I had to hire an attorney at that point. Gave them all the pictures, police report and let them handle it from then on. I did not have to do anything, just went into my account with to check for up dates. When the other drivers insurance company finally agreed to pay, Now my insurance refused to pay. Patterson's law group asked me what i wanted to do and I told them to go and sue them. They sent the insurance company a letter stating that we are we will pursue a lawsuit against them. That's when my insurance company agreed to pay. I did not have to do anything but sit back and wait. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good injury law firm to work with. Everyone in the office is helpful. Tina especially went above and beyond getting my Short Term Disabilty carrier to reduce the amount of subrogation they were owed. This resulted in additional money back to me. Would highly recommend this group!

They’re not very understanding, they’ll leave you in the dark about your case for weeks and then contact you saying they have to drop your case instead of helping you work things out. I was willing to go out of my way and do the things they needed me to but they didn’t bother giving me the chance and instead returned my files and dropped me. Don’t waste your time like I did with them.

Very professional and helpful , they referred me to the highest level of medical professionals and followed my case step by step . Their ultimate goal was to get my health back and compensate me for the damage and other loses. Very honest group that you can trust. I’ve never had to work with an attorney, so I was a little leery to even explore legal options after my car accident. I first discovered PLG after seeing them mentioned on a local FB group. I looked at their reviews online and was impressed by all the 5 star reviews from former clients and felt more comfortable reaching out to them based on that. From my initial meeting until my final settlement, each person I interacted with on the phone or by email was exceptional every single time. Everyone was extremely professional and caring. Anytime I emailed or called them with questions they always responded promptly. They kept me informed each step of the way and always checked on my progress. When I first went to them, I was frustrated at my lack of overall improvement, despite several months of treatment. I was also incredibly stressed by the amount of pain I was experiencing on a daily basis on top of having to juggle work and family responsibilities. They assured me that they would have me assessed by one of their medical providers to get to the bottom of why I was experiencing pain that far out from the accident. Long story short, after several tests, appointments with specialists, and recommended therapy, I greatly improved. There were a lot of things that had to happen to get to the final settlement, but they took care of everything. All you have to do is concentrate on getting better medically. I was extremely pleased with the demand letter that was written and the final settlement.
