I have worked with them through a case and they are so efficient but more importantly they are personal. I was involved in an accident in 2021 where i sustained a serious lower leg injury. Greg McCarthy and his team of Rick Dempsey and Tina Joslin did a fabulous job in ensuring that I was able to recover sums from the insurance carriers that I am sure I would not have had anywhere near the same level of settlement if I had attempted it on my own. This was indeed a loss that was covered (up to limits) on the various insurance policies that I was rightfully owed. It was only a matter of negotiating the recovery amounts. This is where Greg and his team provided consultation, insights, and perseverance to get the case resolved. It was a pleasure working with them.
