This office was not only pleasant to us every time we called but they also stuck with it until we received a good settlement. No one ever wants to deal with this kind of thing but life just happens and I’m glad I found them to help me through it!

They made sure I got all the medical care I needed and took care of the billing side so well that all I had to do was worry about getting better. Had a client portal where I could see how my case was going. I had trouble going to their office because it was far away so they did most of my case by phone and email; I only had to drive to the office for the consultation and to pick up my check. They made sure to answer all my questions and not make decisions without talking to me first.

I can't say enough about Tina Joslen! She handled my case an was my primary point of contact. This woman is the perfect mix between a pit bull and a turtle dove. She was sympathetic but honest and didn't tell me what I wanted to hear. Rather she told me what she knew she could deliver on an I can't tell you how valuable that is this day an age. She was extremely professional and did all the leg work needed to move my case along at the rate it needed to be moved at. I have no idea about the lawyer she works for as I never talked to the dude, but I can say he has an impeccable taste for case managers and he's setup a system that seems to function effectively.
