I was actually referred to Rosa by a very dear friend when she learned I was looking for an immigration attorney to help with the K1 visa process for my fiancée. From the first consultation, I felt very confident that Rosa was the attorney that I wanted to represent us and so did my fiancée. Because of Covid the process was slower than usual, but Rosa or someone from her staff kept us updated the entire time. Once my fiancée was approved for her K1 interview, Rosa notified me personally before I even had a chance to read my email. During the following couple of weeks, there was constant contact between Rosa’s office and my fiancée to ensure she had all of the additional documentation she needed in preparation for her interview date. On the day of the interview, everything went extremely well and the entire process was complete in about ten minutes. It was obvious to us that the reason everything went so well was due to all of the preparation by Rosa and her staff. Not only would I highly recommend Rosa and her entire staff, we plan to use her in the future to assist us in obtaining visa’s for other family members. Thank you again Rosa for all of your help!

If I could rate her 10/05 I would. I am so blessed and happy to have found Rosa as our lawyer. My wife and I had struggled here locally (Kentucky) with our local lawyers . Even getting married. Which I know is different, but it was nice to find someone to easily talk to and make us feel comfortable with the process. I can tell they really wanted to help us, which from many stories I heard from friends and family. Some never felt that. Along the process any questions, or doubt I had . They were only a call or email away and they were always on top of it and responding to us with the information we needed. They were always alert , and making sure we were up tp date. I highly recommend them, and happy to say my wife has been approved for her residence permit, and we are so thankful they helped us make this happen.

My partner and I struggled finding a lawyer who can guide us step by step by the hand basically. This being something so new and different we wanted to feel comfortable and find someone who easily communicate in both languages. This is exactly what Rosa did for us, even being in a totally different area, that was never a problem because you can tell she is there to help. We expected the process to be longer because the stories we heard and because of COVID , I was surprise that it wasn’t as long as we thought. I highly recommend her.

For someone who knows how to appreciate a professional and her staff this is your attorney.Rosa is working on my parents paperwork for there green cards and it was so smooth,easy going and stress less case.Sometimes its harder to book international trip than getting green cards.But that's thanks to Rosa and her helper's this was the easiest case for me and my family .For Any future immigration needs Rosa will be the only attorney that I will continue to work with.

She would not let me finish telling her my information before interrupting. She seemed irritated when i explained my situation. My consultation seemed rushed she had another client she wanted to get to. I’ve spoken to many different attorneys and she was the only one that has been rude to me.
