I am a public school teacher who pays monthly for a legal plan. None were able to help me. Mr. Smith took my case on a Monday, knowing we had to be in court in 7 days. He went above and beyond. He worked diligently, willing to meet on saturdays and was open for conversation should questions arise. He was honest, formidable and straight to the point, yet compassionate. He supports and follows the laws and constitution that bind us. he has a remarkable command of the judicial system. My trial was today and it was dismissed. I contacted Dan over issues we were having with another attorney in handling our case. Dan went far out of his way to help us. He researched information about the defendants that our lawyer had not even done. He gave us sound advice and offered to take over the case even though he did not usually come in on the middle of a case. I wish I had contacted him first. I could not have asked for a kinder more professional attorney. He contacted me from information he found where I had filed suit against the City of Ft Worth Tx myself as I could not find an attorney to take the case on contingency bases. Settled out of court. Great guy.
