Marci went beyond my expectation. She worked diligently (despite the COVID slow down in the courts) and with great compassion, in getting a resolution in my conservatorship of two children. Her hard work in getting the necessary paperwork, including serving the absentee parents, who proved difficult to locate, living separately in two states. Her personal concern for the welfare of the children and obtaining a stable environment for the them to grow up in was wonderful. I will gladly recommend her, and if need be use her again in the future.

Marcy was very helpful to me through a very hard time. She is extremely thorough and explains anything you need to better understand. I highly recommend to anyone that needs help through custody and divorce.

I have had the opportunity twice now to have had Marcy perform modification procedures on my divorce decree. Marcy was wonderful to work with at every step. She kept me appraised of everything that would be required from the beginning and kept me informed of the process. We had changes that need to be made to our child custody paperwork that could have turned very ugly. We went straight to a mediation meeting to get things worked out, since there was alot of back child support owed. Mrs. Akers did exactly what we talked about and then some. She made me feel very comfortable in our meeting, and I never even saw my ex. We even had the bonus of completely ending the arrangements between me and the ex. Our case is Closed!
