Marcy Akers Freeman was my attorney. She patiently and compassionately answered all of my questions and promptly responded to my numerous emails. I immediately saw she was respected by the judge. She effectively presented my case. I felt very comfortable with her by my side. The staff at The Wynne Law Firm are knowledgeable and respectful. Although attorneys are expensive, I felt her fees were reasonable under the circumstances. If you need a great attorney, hire Marcy.

I hired Martha Akers for a divorce case involving two children. I had to take my ex husband back to court four different times in a ten year period because he would fail to pay was was ordered.martha got me my money for me every time with interest paid. I was very pleased with the outcome every time. Martha Akers is compassionate and professional. I would recommend her to anyone needing a divorce attorney.

Marcy is a fabulous attorney. She knows the right people, and the right methods, even obscure ones, to get the job done. I have an ex-wife that really tested the patience of Job! Marcy was always calm and in control and always knew exactly what to do with the next move. Even when my ex took me back to court for more support, Marcy turned the tables and made the entire hearing work in my favor. I learned that the legal process is very slow and deliberate, so you must be patient, however, I highly recommend Marcy! She knows how to get it done.

I cannot recommend Martha enough. Not only was she able to eliminate my child support payments but she designed a strategy whereby the court required my ex-spouse to pay me. Martha has the experience and good judgement to effectively advise clients. She made me feel like we were collaborating to determine the best path forward and that my opinion matters. Once the plan was agreed upon Martha began executing immediately and kept me informed constantly on status. In the end, Martha got results that fairly represented the interests of my daughter and me. Marcy represented my in a highly contested child custody battle that has gone on many years. She was able to review the case and understand the issues that needed to be addressed. She was aggressive and stood up for me when the time was come to make decisions.
