Let me start by explaining the part where I have been fighting my way through the legal system(with a custody case) for almost 5 years now. I have a case that seemed impossible to “win,” and quite frankly, I just knew it would never end. I had lawyers that always left me feeling lost, scared, skeptical and just plain overwhelmed! After 4 years of working with them, I knew something had to change. When I tell you that Sarah is a living Angel, I am NOT exaggerating. From the moment I met with her(and I have met with many), I immediately felt a shift in the way I felt about my case! Her compassion and confidence is something unexplainable unless you meet her. Her attention to detail, her endless efforts to make sure she is representing you with class AND badassery all at the same time, her desire to fight for what’s RIGHT, sets her apart from any other attorney I’ve ever come in contact with. To make a long story short, I have lived in fear for years, through a custody case that never seemed to move forward, but somehow got more complicated by the day. I have a case other attorneys were too scared to take on, and Sarah not only took it, but she exceeded what would be considered “work” for any other lawyer. She was the advocate every person needs in their life! A case that has been going on for 5 years, she cleaned up and got me to a place I never thought I’d be in the matter of 2 months... and then KEPT GOING, to make sure I could live in peace afterwards. She went up against some of the best litigators is the business, and made them look like beginners! And, Sarah always reminds me that I am strong and that I deserved favor in the situation.. and that, to me, was the most amazing part.

After years of having no hope with getting to see my children more, Sarah was able to help with that. She was very kind, she was honest, she was so easy to talk to and very understanding. She was so helpful when it came down to explaining the law. She was able to turn My standard possession into 50/50 custody with my children’s mother, it was all within 5 months and she was on point witH everything. Sarah has a great heart, she really wants what’s best for the children and she stood by my side and made it happen. I couldn’t be more thankful for her. Sarah Seltzer went way beyond any attorney would ordinarily do for me. I had such a messed up case and when I literally thought I would be stuck in the rut I was in she pulled me out and was able to get everything done legally for me and also personally (even though she doesn’t realize this) she turned my world around. She helped me to stay calm and find a quick solution, because of her great advice I was able to make the best decision for my family. I have hired numerous attorneys over the years and none of them have impressed me like Seltzer & Dally. I have high expectations and expect an attorney to be knowledgeable, hardworking, and communicative. Sarah has exceeded all of my expectations. I also really appreciate her communication style of keeping her team informed so there isn't a single point of failure. My case is definitely abnormal since I am active duty military and living outside of the state and have a very complex case which includes Texas having to interpret Hawaii law for child support after a child turns 18. I appreciate her attention to detail and would definitely hire for anything I need in the future. Again, worked with many attorney's across multiple states but this firm is top notch.

There really should be a higher rating for her. She is the most incredible attorney that has ever existed. She genuinely cares about her clients and their needs.
