Lack of responsiveness and accessibility

“Would give ZERO stars if I could! Steve Katten is the worst lawyer ever. He has spent almost 3 years on our grandmothers estate. Never will take a phone call to answer any questions. Doesn't respond to emails. He is ALWAYS "traveling" and never in the office when we call. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!”
