Would give ZERO stars if I could! Steve Katten is the worst lawyer ever. He has spent almost 3 years on our grandmothers estate. Never will take a phone call to answer any questions. Doesn't respond to emails. He is ALWAYS "traveling" and never in the office when we call. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!

The whole staff at this firm is very warm and welcoming. Beyond this, the attorneys here know their stuff front to back. You can trust they have your best interest in mind and will be honest and up front with expectations as well.

I"m a Medicare insurance broker who works with people as they retire to help them navigate Medicare. Sometimes we have clients who need a POA or ask about estate planning, and I"ve been referring those people for years to Katten and Benson. I know Steve and Monica personally and they truly care for their clients. You won't find a more genuine attorney anywhere to help you with these important lifecare planning tasks. Highly recommend them.

Monica Benson and the office staff of Katten & Benson are awesome! Monica worked with my parents re: their trusts/wills and now she is our family lawyer as well. She assisted us with compassion when my father passed away and continues to help my family and me with legal matters. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs any legal/financial advice and documents related to end of life, trusts, wills, etc. Everyone is very professional and courteous!
