I changed my rating from a 5 to a 4 because Manuel Castro, New Client Intake Specialist contacted me for additional information. This part of our conversation was great. During our conversation, Manuel asked me to go back in and update my rating for Maritza Castillo, New Client Intake Specialist from a 4 to a 5. I explained to Manuel why i gave a 4 and not a 5. Today, I received an email from Manuel thanking me for the information i provided, and in the email, he asked me again to change the rating I gave Maritza from a 4 to a 5. This does not sit right with me. I feel it is unprofessional.
