Wade was really great and helpful ... while in jail and post jail he worked with me and my fiancé to resolve numerous descrepancies in a case against me. I was given a plea deal by the DAvand it wasn’t looking good for me but I wanted to continue to fight as I was innocent and he did his best to continue my fight in court. With all the documentation gathered we proved my case. He didn’t accept the plea deal fought for me and my case was resolved as it should be ... I am thankful for his efforts and willingness to work with my fiancé when I wasn’t able to because we beat the charges ... I didn’t get time (2 years in prison) but a brief reinstatement of my probation which will be completed in less than six months ... with no more reappearances in court and only once a month check ins to my probation officer. I will soon be after man with my background cleared. It’s because of not quitting continuing to fight proving my innocence and this great lawyer / public defender. Highly recommend him ... he will do good by you.

Wade Sparks went above and beyond for my son...he says what he means and means what he says.I have been an emotional mess during my sons incarceration however Wade has explained in detail the reasoning behind everything that happened and though I'm sad my son will be gone awhile, without Wade's diligence and hard work the outcome would have been totally worse.
