I signed a contract with Garrick to be represented back in December 2018. Upon payment of the retainer, I rarely heard back from Garrick on the status of my case. I had to proactively reach out to him for information instead of him keeping me updated.
I felt scammed since there almost was no representation of my case. 16 months later I still don't know where I stand and I'm now out the retainer payment. I hope he doesn't represent all of his clients this way.
I wouldn't recommend Garrick to any friends or family that is looking for a lawyer in the DFW area.
