Unfortunately, I was in a situation that I needed a lawyer for advice for my small business. I was intimidated even needing a lawyer. Making an appointment was easy, Scott offered zoom and in person consultations and an appointment in less than a few days. The receptionist was nice, the offices were clean. Scott was extremely helpful, I even called him over the phone to follow up after our meeting with a few questions. He called me back within the hour! Excellent help, great advice. I highly recommend Scott!

I've used Tim now for a variety of things from writing a will, to probating a pretty complex death without a will and transferring properties throughout multiple counties. Over the past couple of years, he has become my go to lawyer. I've even called him for advice on issues that he doesn't specialize in, and he is so plugged into the law community that he has been able to point me in the correct direction when other lawyers just turned me down. He's very personable, down to earth and been a great find! I found him originally by googling probate attorneys in Galveston county, calling all of them I could find and waiting for a call back. He was the first to call back, and it turns out that I'm very thankful that it was him!
