Most of my case was handled by Steve but every time I dealt with Kristi, she was very professional and respectable. She kept me informed about the process and was very patient. She explained things to me in terms that were easy to understand. I greatly appreciate the work she did. Her work with Steve helped my family and I tremendously and I couldn't be more grateful.
