Lacey went above and beyond, in my opinion, when handling my case. She was hired after I had a disastrous experience with another lawyer. My case was not an ordinary one and she handled it in the most professional way possible, all while making sure that I understood everything she was doing. We had a difficult child custody case where we didn't know where to turn. Our trust level was low because we learned our current lawyer was taking our money and had lied about a few things. Fortunately, someone referred us to the law firm where Lacey practiced at the time. We weren't expecting her to come into the conference room, because our appointment was with someone else, but my God am I glad she did! Lacey spent hours looking through our case and found a way to get our child back who we had temporarily lost. It was not an easy experience or decision to make; However, Lacey eased our minds by taking time to explain the process and was patient even if she had to repeat herself several times for us to understand. She was comforting and made herself available even at night and weekends. She definitely care about her clients and will make you feel as if you are her only client. Lacey always responded promptly to emails and phone calls. She kept us informed through the whole process, which was something we truly appreciated. Needless to say, we got our child back. We thank her sooo much!!!

I contacted Lacey after my divorce was stuck and my previous attorney was more interested in billing me than in getting me a trial date. Lacey was able to get a trial date set the first week after I hired her. She exuded confidence and was able to legally defeat all the irrelevant nonsense my wife's attorney tried to raise. She was attentive and empathetic, she replied my emails promptly and made me feel my case is important to her. My divorce is now final and I only wished I had contacted and hired Lacey first. Her billing was reasonable and you can easily tell that she was more interested in getting a favorable outcome for her client than just billing them. I will certainly recommend her, she did an awesome job!

Lacey knows what single parent look for when child custody battle goes thru. She guided me what to response and not to when ex creating nuisance. Appointments on time, quick response thru email, clears all the doubts. She goes beyond ones expectations in explaining legal definitions, issues...,etc. She is more aggressive when child custody comes. I recommend Ms. Lacey
