Rusty is awesome and helped me step by step. He never gives up and gets the best outcome for you. I’m lucky to have found this firm. He always kept me updated and I will always appreciate someone like him who is upfront and honest. They are great I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of his services.. when I felt like giving up, he assumed me he will help me no matter what and he did! I am grateful for his services. We contacted Rusty Reynolds after our daughter was involved in an accident while away at college. Since the at fault driver was a commercial trucker, we realized it was in our best interest to seek legal advice. We met with Rusty and he immediately had a plan of action. Throughout the entire process, he often checked on our daughter’s recovery. When the time came for legal action, he was well prepared. The other party made an initial offer and Rusty advised we could do better. After negotiations, he was able to obtain a settlement that we were very happy with. One additional thing that impressed us happened after our daughter received her settlement payment. Rusty was working behind the scenes to recover an additional amount from our health insurance company. Our daughter received an additional check that she wasn’t expecting. We certainly hope to never need the legal services of Rusty Reynolds again, but if necessary, we would not hesitate to work with him again. We highly recommend him to anyone receiving personal injury legal advice.

Committed, Understanding and Honest. 3 years ago I was in a car accident that was not what I would consider "major" at the time. The reason I phoned Rusty after looking online was because my insurance company kept asking me for my medical records. I had no intention on anything more than getting someone else to advocate for me with the administrative side of the accident. However, I quickly realized my injuries were more severe than initiially thought. I had never been in an accident before so I have had conversatoins with Rusty while I was confused, crying, angry, discouraged, MORE confused and overhelmed. His response has always been the same - very measured, clear on expectations, nonassuming, calm and understanding. He NEVER made me I was just a "case" or ignored. Rusty and his staff treated me with respect and NEVER ignored a call or failed to call me back. By the end of the case, I fully understood my options and my settlement far exceeded my expecations.
