Patient, kind, knowledgeable, and effective. Four words to perfectly describe my experience with Reynolds and Reynolds LLC. I came to Reynolds and Reynolds LLC with a complex case, and no idea of what to expect from the even more complicated legal process. Throughout my three year case I always felt comfortable discussing anything with Rusty and Debra. Even more importantly, I always felt like they took the time to explain things to me. They avoided legal jargon and carefully explained everything to me in plain English. I was absolutely pleased with their efforts. Rusty, Debra, and the whole firm made a world of difference in my case. Without them I believe Traverlers Insurance would have taken advantage of my daughter and myself... I intended not to involve a law firm in my case... The insurance company made that impossible by bombarding me with phone calls, document request, and constantly engaging me in recorded phone calls with vague questions. Travelers Insurance Company eventually started interfering with my ability to obtain the level of care I needed and questioned the time it was taking me to recover. Rusty and his team stopped all of that. After 2 years of careful and prudent medical care, I eventually arrived at a necessary surgical solution. They were great at communicating with me throughout the entire process and replied to all my questions I sent via email the same day!
