Hands down, the best team you could ask for, if your current situation has you searching for an Injury Lawyer! I Cannot recommend Brian Mincher enough!! He is probably one of the most down to earth, relatable, tells it like it is guys I have or ever will meet. Between, Brian, Jason, Trisha, Dave and the many others that assisted in my case; there was never a doubt that I was in the wrong hands. One accident is never like the other and I brought a tough one and a drawn-out one, that I wouldn't have trusted anyone other than Brian to handle. We were preparing for trial, 30 Months after the accident and less than 72 hours from being in court; before Brian was able to negotiate a fair settlement. I had never been in this type of situation before, having your truck become a total loss, not being able to work, Dr visit after Dr visit, treating injury after injury, Surgery, Physical Therapy, all in order to finally become the best possible version of your pre accident self. It's an experience I wish upon nobody and hope to never experience again! But, if you're here, reading this review, then I would stop now, and give Burress a call... I did over two years ago, and I'll be making the same call if I ever need to again. Last year I was in an accident that resulted in a serious injury to my back. I was referred to Brian Mincher at Burruss by a friend who highly recommended him. Brian, and his legal assistant Christina Canaly, were always diligent and professional. I aways felt they were working in my best interest and were concerned about me personally. I never felt like I was just another case to them. If I called them, they promptly replied if only to assure me that everything was ok. I trusted Brian to represent me, and he did an exemplary job of doing so. He has my highest recommendation.

Kyle and his team were great throughout the entire process. We were having hard time getting responses from the other party's insurance company, but as soon as he represented us, they accepted their fault, and we were able to start the settlement process. Kyle explained what to expect in detail, was honest, and did his best to maximize the outcome of my situation. I'd highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever need their services!
