A few months ago I was involved in a 3 vehicle accident and things got messy real quick when trying to deal with all the insurance companies. I found the Burress Law Firm and right away Brian came in and took over EVERYTHING. I was a little nervous going into the legal proceedings since I had never been involved in something like this before. Brian was there every step of the way and explained everything in great detail to make sure I understood what was going on at all times. The communication between myself and the team was always great and from the very beginning they explained the process with realistic expectations of my case. When it came to my doctor's appointments, his team took care of all the scheduling and coordinating. I ended up seeing more than 3 different types of doctors/therapists for different things and never had an issue with any of them. They were all very knowledgeable and professional, and I always felt like they had my best interest in mind. Overall, my experience with the entire staff at Burress Law was very pleasant, and I would definitely trust them again in the future with any legal help I may need.

I can honestly say that Burress genuinely cares about mine and my daughter’s well being. Trisha, my attorney’s assistant checked up on me regularly. Kyle, my attorney, found a way to relate to or at least understand my struggle. They listened to me! They had my back! They DIDN’T judge me! The Burress Law Firm, as a whole, was there for me without the expectancy of a return and without criticisms. I didn’t feel like just another client or case number, I felt and still feel like family!
