Fast, easy, professional, and efficient. I barely had to lift a finger.. I was facing court and eviction. I recieved a letter from OCR and sent in an email and request for help. They responded the very next day (via email and text) first thing in the morning with instructions on what they needed and what I needed to do on my end. All on the day of my court date. I responded and followed the instructions and within an hour They were able to get the court zoom meeting canceled allowing me the extra time to get the funds I needed to get caught up. Awesome job.
